New Site features(Updated 3-2-07)

Hello TAC Op!!

I have added a few enhancements..

Please bear in mind that the current enhancements are in the testing stage.

1. Flash enhanced animated banner. (Flash player enabled browser required)
2. Embedded chat box (Java enabled browser required)

Please note that you will need flash and java addons for the above to work..

request granted.. because of the size of the chatbox, it cannot fit within the sidebar(which is only 200px wide), I instead made a pop-up window exclusive for the chatbox. Just click on the image.

A pop-up log in window will appear..

Update:

Modified skin: Lighter(#C0C0C0) borders for a more 3D effect.. Also borders have been reduced to 1px from 2px.

I will still need figure out why the site looks great using firefox, and looks distorted in internet explorer...

So, use firefox or netscape to take advantage of these enhancements for the time being...

ok... i added some new buttons (reply, create thread, create poll, send to friend, bookmark, search, print, etc.)

I will be replacing all buttons that doesn't match our site theme.. w/c is ACU..

about linking..

I am thinking about paid advertisements... I have already emailed companies such as CA, TM, ICS, etc. yesterday...

So as for now, we will only link companies who will pay up... if ever they will... hehehehehehe////

Update:

1. Made gradient menu bars
2. Chatroom has been modified and now automatically logs you in using your username.
* this has been a security concern of our neighborhood ninja and has been addressed.
3. Auto resizing of pictures. Pictures with a width over 600px will be automatically be resized. Signatures with widths over 600px will be resized likewise.
4. full compatability with Internet explorer 7 and Mozilla Firefox.

PS: flash player and java is needed for these enhancements to function. You may download flash at adobe.com and java at sun.com.
