Friendly Games for the Holy Week

Dear Fellow Airsofters,

Good Day!

We are writing you this letter to propose that we hold a series of Friendly Games at different game sites this Holy Week season. We are proposing that the different teams host the games at their respective game site from Maundy Thursday (March 20) to Easter Sunday (March 23).

Unfortunately, time only allows us a maximum of only 4 host teams (from Thursday to Sunday), but we should invite all the Airsoft teams and Lone Wolves in the City and neighboring Municipalities. If teams wish, two or more teams can join forces to host a game.

In this regard, Tactical Airsoft Club is volunteering to coordinate the scheduling of the games. But the rules, marshals, officials, etc. should be the responsibility of the host teams.

This letter has been sent to all Airsoft Teams/Clubs in Dumaguete City.

The council asked me to write the letters last meeting (Thursday). I believe they have talked and planned about this, otherwise they wouldn't have asked me to.

As promised, I finished it and gave a soft copy of the letters sir Pipoy last Friday. They were suppose to print that then, have Mags sign the letters then forward the letters to the respective teams.

I have no info about the letters nor the progress as of now, it is now out of my hands, so to speak. I hope the council, and the persons responsible, has made all the arrangements and preparations.

Please inform Mags if you see him.

Anyway, it is still a proposal to hold games. If teams to do not reply, then it should mean they are not interested. So far OB-DGT has positive feedback. Alex replied that we can count on them to be one of the hosts. No other teams have replied yet.
