guys... the letter to be sent to Police Chief Carlos does include a motorcade. But, if you want you can send another letter on that matter. I think you would also need to inform the City Govt(City administrator's office) if you want to have a motorcade.

Please be reminded that the TAC council must first agree to a motorcade before you ask permission from the PNP and the City Govt.

BTW, I dont have any objections.. In fact I would like one, since I wasnt able to join the parade.. hehehehe
