Good pm TAC, NASL, EMC and other guests: I would like to propose that we make committees with specific jobs to cater to all the needs of our guests and games. Accomodations Committee -- in-charge of communicating and coordinating w/ different hotels/motels/pension houses for our guests. They also make sure the guest are settled in properly. Food Committee -- in-charge of food and beverages (gamesite) Events Committee -- in-charge of transportation, setting schedules, and planning I believe assigning these functions to TAC teams will be best. More suggestions are welcome. good idea sir dex! may i suggest also na we assign 2 t0 3 people to man registration table to coordinate in registration like writing names, contact number and team they belong including our EMC and NASL friends so as to prevent outsiders from entering and ruining the event.. this also give us info and contact number of our EMC and NASL friends the event TAC would go to their place. nahan d i ta mag out of town games sa ila place so we know whom to contact, ryt? besides this will show how organized we are..hehe.. suggestion lang sir. excellent idea sir!! @whitefang: great news bro. we are very happy to play at forest camp and ofcourse angtay... maau sunday ang angtay para di na knahanglan byahe layo inig sunday bsin naa pa hang-over from saturday night.hehehehe  |

Mga sirs, is it possible for you to post your schedule of arrival in dumaguete, and other details, so we may assist you. If you want, we can arrange a meeting party to cater to your needs.

PS: em, if you can contact MM pls ask him if we can have a table setup at forest camp for registration purposes.. The people we assign on registration should be able to entertain airsoft'ers for the whole day, kay naa man gud mangabot sa hapon na.. Naa pud buntag sayo.. TY

Sir Dex,
NASL is tentaively scheduled to leave Bacolod City at 0600 hours Saturday 29 April 06.
ETA Dumaguete will be 1000 hours of the same day. Most probably we will be going directly to Forest Camp since we are also booked there.
As of this writing, our headcount is approximately 38 +/- 2.

Greetings!
In behalf of the Tactical Airsoft Club (TAC) – Dumaguete City, I would like to inform you that we will be having some visitors over from Cebu and Bacolod, who will also be joining us on our activities this coming weekend (April 29-30, 2006). The Negros Airsoft League (NASL) of Bacolod and Team EMC of Cebu will be arriving on the 29th of April, 2006. TAC-Dumaguete will be hosting a series Airsoft games over the weekend.
Below is the schedule of our activities for the weekend:
April 29, 2006 (Saturday)
TAC-NASL-EMC Friendly Games Day 1
Gamesite: Forest Camp, Valencia
Registration will start at 9am
Game will start immediately after registration
TAC-NASL-EMC Fellowship (Saturday night)
April 30, 2006 (Sunday)
TAC-NASL-EMC Friendly Games Day 2
Gamesite: Angtay Golf Course
Registration will start at 9am
Games will start immediately after registration
Awarding of Certificates (after the game)
TAC would also like to invite you, and your party, to watch and enjoy our exciting games.

bro, EMC will be leaving cebu 2nyt... we will be in dgte around 7am. we are booked at OK pensionne. around 22-25 operators will be there. tnx
